Consumer-ordered blood test availability in Australia

I've found a few options for Australians to order their own blood tests online:

i-screen (collection center finder)
iMedical (collection center finder)
HeartSmart (collection center finder, only offers cholesterol, trlglyerides, and glucose testing)

Alternate testing methods:

Balanced Body Labs (only nutritional and cortisol/testosterone blood spot testing).
Australian Biologics (hair analysis, urine organic acids, glyphosate, mycotoxin testing)

Smart-nutrition-coach Emma tells me that certified nutritionists like her can also give scripts that patients take to private labs. NutriPATH has a directory that will find practitioners friendly to ordering you tests.

If you know of any other options for Australians, please let me know in the comments below. I'm Australia-clueless.
